New lawyers join FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz
Marta Bosiak has joined the Corporate and M&A team and Krzysztof Czyżewski the Financial Institutions and Restructuring team.
Marta Bosiak specialises in real estate law, construction law and commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial company law and corporate governance. Marta Bosiak deals with various aspects of banking law, including legal opinions on financing as well as agreement templates.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Centre for British and European Law administered by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Before joining FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, Marta Bosiak had been working for international law firms and for a leading Polish law firm.
Krzysztof Czyżewski specialises in banking and capital markets, as well as in matters relating to commercial and civil law. Graduated last year from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. He also completed the International Business and Trade Summer Law Program organised by The Catholic University of America and the Jagiellonian University.
Krzysztof Czyżewski joined FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz as an intern in October last year and since February this year has been working as a junior associate in the Financial Institutions and Restructuring Department.
