On 8, 9 and 16 September 2016 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., FKA will organise a seminar on “Amendments to the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure as of September 2016”. The special guest will be Dr. Maciej Giaro, attorney-at-law and assistant professor at the University of Warsaw’s Institute of Civil Law. The seminar will be conducted by Dr. Aleksandra Pokropek, attorney-at-law, and Przemysław Barchan, advocate.
