FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, in cooperation with RICS Polska and PwC, is organising a training session titled “Due diligence in the real estate acquisition process”

01.2015

The main task of RICS is to consistently provide standards: it settles, promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

“It is worth remembering that the due diligence process is an indispensable element when it comes to making strategic decisions on investments. This is because in real estate transactions the parties do not tend to share the same amount of information. We wish to make the participants aware of how important due diligence is in the process of real estate purchase and to familiarise them with basic methods by which a piece of commercial real estate can be examined prior to its acquisition.” – Jarosław Grzywiński, attorney-at-law, partner in the real estate department at FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz.

The training session includes legal and tax aspects and a financial analysis of an investment. These are aspects that need to be taken into account before making a decision to purchase a piece of commercial real estate.

Date: 14th January 2015
Place: Warsaw
Time: 16:30 – 19:00
